We encourage you to create a MagCloud account prior to placing any orders so that you can view your order status and access tracking information at any time. With that said, we do not require a Magcloud account to purchase print copies, just make sure you include an email address during checkout where we can send your receipt and any updates on your order.
A MagCloud account is required for all digital purchases made on MagCloud.com, and for saving free digital publications to your Digital Library. This allows us to store your digital purchases for reading or downloading in the future. If you would prefer to make a purchase on MagCloud.com without creating a MagCloud account, you will need to remove any digital items from your cart prior to continuing with our checkout process.
MagCloud accepts payment in USD only, via credit card or PayPal. All pricing displayed on our site is in USD ($).
On the MagCloud website, you can use a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card to pay for your order, or you have the option to checkout using PayPal.
Whenever you buy 10 or more print copies you will receive a discount off the printing costs. This also applies to Ship to Group orders.

Note that discounts cannot be combined, so in the case of competing discounts - for example, ordering 20 or more copies of something during a site-wide sale - the higher of the two discounts will be applied.
There are no minimum or maximum order quantities for Pamphlet, Poster, Magazine, Square, Digest or Tabloid products – you can order thousands, hundreds or a single copy, no problem!
We do require a minimum order of 8 copies for all printed Flyer products.
Also keep in mind that a very large order could potentially lengthen the delivery time, as it will take more time to print. In addition, for shipments outside the US, Canada and the UK, larger orders may be subject to higher customs fees and import duties.
If you placed your order while logged in to the MagCloud website, you can check the status of your order from the Order History tab on your Account page, accessible from the Quick Links arrow next to your name at the top of any MagCloud page.
Within the first three hours after an order has been placed, before it has been sent to print, a Cancel link will be visible next to the order number on your Order History page. Clicking this link will cancel the order. Once an order has gone to the printer, or the PDF of a digital publication has been downloaded, the order will no longer be available to cancel.

A Ship to Group order lets you mail MagCloud publications to multiple recipients with a single order. It is an efficient way to send your MagCloud publication to multiple recipients such as clients, colleagues, club members, family, community, etc. A group order also saves you time by letting MagCloud do the packaging, addressing and shipping, and saves you money by making it easier to qualify for our bulk discount.
To create a group order, first create an address group in your MagCloud address book (Account>Address book>Add New Group). Name your group - clients, friends, family, vendors, etc. - and select group members from existing recipients in your address book.
Once your recipients and group are ready, add the MagCloud publication(s) you want to ship to your cart. Set the quantity to the number intended for each recipient, not the total for all recipients. For example, if you are sending 1 copy to 20 recipients you should set the quantity to 1. Note that all recipients in a group order must receive the same publications in the same quantities.
When you get to the shipping page, click "Select from Address Book", choose your address group, and checkout. The person who places the order pays for the order as a single transaction that includes the shipping costs for each recipient.
Yes, a total of 10 copies or more in a single group order will qualify for our bulk discount. For example, 1 copy to each of 10 recipients, or 2 copies to each of 5 recipients, will each get the 10% off bulk discount. The discount will be reflected in the checkout process when your order is determined to be eligible.
